Over the last five years I’ve worked across fintech, SaaS and AI-powered products, collaborating closely with engineers, researchers and stakeholders to transform ambiguous requirements into clear, scalable experiences.

My work spans the entire product lifecycle — from discovery and user research to interaction design, prototyping and high-fidelity delivery. I enjoy working on products that require balancing business goals, technical constraints and user needs.

Fintech Product Design

Designing financial products means operating inside regulatory, legal and risk constraints that shape every decision. I know how to navigate that environment without treating it as a blocker — and how to use constraints to make better product decisions rather than safer ones.

Research & Discovery

I run research programmes around decisions that actually need to be made — contextual inquiry, diary studies, behavioural analysis, unmoderated testing. The goal is finding the signal that changes what gets built, not research for its own sake.

Design Systems

I build systems that engineering teams can use without design involvement and that product teams can extend without breaking. Component architecture, semantic tokens, and documentation — not just a polished Figma library.

AI-Accelerated Workflows

AI has become an integral part of my design practice. I use it to explore alternatives, challenge assumptions, iterate faster and automate repetitive work, allowing me to focus on higher-value design decisions.
